Lisa says…after seeing myself in a dress again I decided to do another “before and now” on my Skinny Fiber journey… don’t fret as you can see from the pic on the right I do indeed still like a glass of red and I do still eat chocolate occasionally (I just don’t eat it in the quantities I used to!!!) My arthritis pains in my fingers have done a runner… they have gone! My hormones are no longer going crazy every month… nice and even now"
