Spinach Chips
2 cups fresh spinach leaves 
1/2 tbsp olive oil 
pink Himalayan salt or sea salt to taste
Wash and dry spinach, spinach must be very dry no moisture on it
Put spinach in a bowl and add olive oil.
Rub oil into leaves
Place leaves onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet
Leaves must not be piled up so they can crisp up, very important
Sprinkle salt over leaves
Place in 300 degree F oven for 35 to 45 minutes
Let cool 5 minutes Enjoy
