PINEAPPLE COCONUT CHESS PIE

Absolutely Delicious Tropical Pie
Oh-la-la!!
Pineapple Coconut Chess Pie
Preheat oven 400F
1 9" pie crust
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 ½ tbsp cornmeal
1 tsp vanilla 
1 stick butter, melted 
1 small 8.25 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 cup coconut
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Bake Pie crust for 5 minutes and then set aside. Beat eggs, then mix in sugar, cornmeal, and vanilla. Next, mix in melted butter. Stir in pineapple with juice, coconut and flour. Pour mixture into pie crust, bake for about 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and Enjoy!
