GREEN CHILI BURRITOS

#DINNER
Green Chili Burritos
Serves 6
Ingredients:
Diced Pork
Christopher Ranch Chopped Garlic 2 TBSP
1 can Ortega Diced Jalapenos
1 lg can Ortega Diced Green Chilies
2 cans RoTel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (you can use hot if you prefer)
1 can Rosarita Refried Beans
8 Mission Flour Tortillas
Lettuce, Tomato, Sour cream, shredded cheese for topping
Directions:
In a skillet put 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and cook the pork and the 2 tbsp garlic
Drain and move to a slow cooker or larger pot
Add the Jalapenos (I usually use about half of a small can) your discretion 
Add the Diced Green Chilies and two cans of Rotel
Using the Rotel cans add two cans of water
Cook on slow for 4 hours stirring intermittently
To thicken, add refried beans about a half an hour before it’s ready to serve
Warm up the tortillas in a skillet and assemble the burrito putting refried beans strained green chili mix and cheese on top. Wrap the burrito and top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese and smother with green chili sauce. Enjoy!
