3/4 Blueberries
1 Banana
3/4 Strawberries
Handful of Spinach
2 T Flax Seed
1 cup Greek Yogurt with Honey
1/2 C Almond Milk (depends on constancy)
Serving 2 Smoothies
I had prepackaged my fruits and spinach in the Freezer.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until mixed thoroughly.
ENJOY!
I put 1/2 the smoothie back in freezer for later!
