Michele’s FAMOUS Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
1 ¾ cups flour
2 cups sugar
¾ cup Hershey’s cocoa
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup strong coffee
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

HOMEMADE ICING
1 ½ cups mik
½ cup flour
Mix and cook on stove until thick. Watch it doesn’t burn. Then chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Next:
1 ½ cups softened butter
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Mix these ingredients together until light and fluffy. Now add the milk- flour mixture and beat until smooth.
Ice your cooled cake. Enjoy!
