2 ripe bananas smashed 2 cups instant oats ¾ - 1 cup dark chocolate chips ½ cup Almond butter 1 to 2 Tbsp. honey
Mix the bananas, oats, almond butter, and honey together until all the oats are moistened, stir in the dark chocolate chips. Spoon out into cupcake baking cups, or press into Pam coated muffin tins. Put in the freezer for at least an hour. After they are frozen, I store them in an airtight freezer bag. They are great to pull one out at a time if you need a quick healthy treat to munch on. Fun one for Kids to help with. You can add some other things too. Raisins, coconut, marshmallows, Craisins, and almonds are all great add ins. Enjoy!!
