APPLE MUFFIN PIE

APPLE MUFFIN PIE

Ingredients

· 1 package of Martha White Apple Muffin Mix · ¾ cup of milk · 2 apples · Cooking Spray

Directions

1. Preheat over to directions on package of muffin mix (350 degrees). 2. Spray a 9” pie pan with cooking spray. 3. Core the two apples. 4. Peel the two apples. 5. Slice the apples into thin slices. 6. Use enough of the apples to line the bottom of pie pan, save the rest. 7. Put muffin mix into bowl. 8. Add milk to bowl. Directions of muffin mix package call for ½ cup milk. Add ¼ cup more to that (making the ¾ cup called for in this directions). Want the muffin mix to be a little thin than normal muffins. 9. Pour batter over arranged apple slices and spread evenly. 10. Use left over apple slices to decorate top of batter. 11. Once oven has heated to 350 degrees, place pie mixture into oven. 12. Use the muffin mixture package directions as a guide for time to cook. Due to changing with milk, checks with a tooth pick. 13. Once tooth pick come out clean, remove from oven. 14. Let cool for 10 minutes.
