BUFFALO CHICKEN BURGER

Mel's Buffalo Chicken Burger w Creamy Ranch Spread
Ingredients for burger
1lb ground chicken
1/4 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 celery, finely chopped
1 egg
6 Grissini Thin Breadsticks, crushed (i put in the food processor) or use 1/4 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb seasoning
Celtic sea salt
Franks Red Hot ( I used about a 1/4 of cup, but use as much as you want) chicken broth
Romaine lettuce wraps
Combine all ingredients, weigh out 3-4oz of meat mixture and form into patties (I made mine into 3oz patties so I can top mine w a slice of turkey bacon). Cook in a hot pan adding chicken broth to keep from sticking. Serve in a romaine lettuce wrap top with ranch sauce (recipe below) red hot, and whatever other toppings you desire. Freeze remaining patties for later use. Enjoy!!
Ingredients for Ranch Sauce
2TBSP Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp parsley
Combine all ingredients and put into the fridge until ready to use.
This was a GREAT dish!!
