FLAT BELLY SMOOTHIE

This smoothie has lots of ingredients that fight belly fat and reduce bloating. The Greek yogurt provides calcium and protein which can aid in weight loss, the blueberries help diminish belly fat, the kale is full of fiber to prevent constipation and the pineapple contains an enzyme that helps ease digestion and banish bloat.

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pineapple
1 cup kale
3/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Enjoy immediately.
