Dawn's Crunchy Cheese Chips
Once they get to 7 minutes in the oven, keep an eye on them and when you start to see them turning a little brown - they're DONE!! Let them cool a couple minutes on the baking sheet - there will be grease that has cooked out of the cheese - you can blot the chips with a paper towel - they are SUPER crunchy!! I used Colby and swiss for these, I even put half a cube of each to make some of the chips - then I sprinkled some with garlic powder as soon as I took them out of the oven. Think of oregano sprinkled on shredded parmesan chips - or apple pie spice on cheddar chips - possibilities are ENDLESS!!!
