GERMAN CABBAGE CASSEROLE


German Cabbage Casserole

Stuff Needed:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup sour cream
1 small can of mushrooms ( 4 oz) chopped
1 medium cabbage, chopped or shredded
1/2 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown meat, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink and onion has turned clear. Drain grease from pan and discard.

Add ground beef to glass baking dish, I used 8x11.

Add cabbage then mix in sour cream and mushrooms and cheese then mix all together.

Top with bread crumbs.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
