Mudd Pie!!
Ingredients:
Crust~
Butter a 9 by 9 pie pan
16 oz package of Oreo or like cookies
1/2 butter or margarine melted
Open up all cookies and scrape the frosting out of them.
Set aside 4 cookies for crumbs on top.
Crush cookies, or use food processor. (I roll mine with a rolling
pin between paper towels). Pour about 2 1/2 to 3 cups crumbs
into melted butter. Blend together good. Press really well into
the pie pan. Cover edges as well.
Put into a freezer while preparing filling.
Filling~
2 cups Heavy whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar, packed
In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until it is almost
the consistency of cool whip. Add the vanilla, cocoa powder and
whip till blended. Add the can of sweetened condensed milk and
brown sugar. Whip until the consistency of frosting. Pour into the
Oreo pie crust and top with remaining cookie crumbs.
Freeze over night. Decorate with whipped cream and
drizzle with caramel and chocolate syrup. So good!
Remember, very rich, one small sliver is plenty! Enjoy!!
