BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIE




Anna-Marie's Butterscotch Brownies

Blend together the following dry ingredients:
2 1/2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp sea salt

Combine until smooth:
1 cup softened unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
3 cups lightly packed organic brown sugar

Stir into the butter mixture 4 whole eggs and 4 tsp pure vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy then blend in the dry ingredients with 1 cup finely chopped nuts of your choice (optional). Turn into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake at 350F Degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and cut into bars. Enjoy!!!
