POPPYSEED CHICKEN





POPPYSEED CHICKEN

2 - 13 ounce cans premium chunk chicken breast
1 - 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 cup 2% Fage plain yogurt (could use sour cream)
35-40 Ritz crackers
½ cup butter
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350ยบ F. Mix canned chicken breast, soup, and yogurt and spread in the bottom of an ovenproof dish. (I used a Pyrex glass dish 7.5 X 11).

Melt butter, crumble crackers into butter, add poppy seeds and mix together. Spread on top of chicken mixture. Place in oven and bake approximately 30 minutes, or until top is slightly browned and mixture is bubbling.

Serve with a salad or steamed vegetables.
