Not diet friendly
Double Trouble Brownies
The most moist, flavorful brownie I have ever had !!!!
A must try for the holidays!
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
3 eggs, divided
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8by8 pan, or line with parchment paper.
Mix flour, cocoa and salt in a bowl. Set aside. In a different bowl, beat sugars and butter till smooth. Add 2 eggs and vanilla. Mix well. reserve 3/4 cup batter. Spread remaining batter in pan and top with white chocolate chips, nuts and caramel topping. Beat remaining 3/4 cup batter and 1 egg till smooth. Stir in semi sweet chocolate chips and spread over caramel topping.
Bake 30-35 min or until center is set. Let cool on cooling rack completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy
