FRIED CABBAGE WITH CHICKEN AND BACON

Fried Cabbage with Chicken and Bacon
Serves 2 or 1 if you want a bigger helping
Ingredients:
2 cups of chopped or shredded cabbage
1 or 2 slices of bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 oz cooked chopped chicken breast
Heat a small/medium skillet. Add about 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Cut the bacon up into bite size pieces. Add bacon and onion to skillet and saute until bacon is cooked to your liking and onions are clear.
Add chopped cabbage and cook until cabbage is wilted. Add cooked chicken breast and stir into cabbage. Heat on medium until chicken is hot.
If you think this needs seasonings, you can add anything you like. I didn't add any seasoning at all. It was delicious!
