SUGAR FREE PUMPKIN PIE

Sugar Free Crustless Pumpkin Pie
1 can pumpkin puree
1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs beaten
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
4 pkts stevia (2 g size)
Mix everything together well.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased pie plate.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Turn oven down to 350 and cook for another 40-45 minutes.
Cut into 8 slices. Top with whipped topping of your choice...
Enjoy!
Serves 8 - approximately 90 calories per slice (not including whipping cream)
