Protein Bars

1 1/2 cup Oatmeal
1 1/2 cup Craisins
1 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 small bottle honey
3/4 cup flaxseed meal
3/4 cup skim milk powder
5 Tbsp cocoa
3/4 cup coconut
1 cup chopped almonds
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients except peanut butter and honey in food processor. After mixed well add peanut butter and honey.

Press into 9x13 pan and chill about 1 hour then cut and wrap individually. Enjoy!!!
