PORK STIR FRY


Lunch time pork stir fry.
Can also be made with chicken or prawns.
Get ready,chop all veg and slice meat.
The wok must be hot.
2 small pork loin
1 red 1 white onion
1 orange 1 green bell pepper
6 large button mushrooms.
Garnish
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Lettuce
Heat the wok and fry the meat.Once brown put to one side and fry the veg.
When veg are cooked but still crunchie return the meat and cook for a further couple of minutes.
Arrange the garnish on a plate and spoon the the stir fry on top.Drizzle with,soy sauce, balsamic vinegar or chilli sauce.
Can add baby cooked potatoes or noodles for a more substantial meal.
