1 lb. lean ground beef
2 links polish sausage, sliced
4 potatoes, diced
1 c. kernel corn, frozen (1 can, drained)
1 can green beans, drained
1/2 onion, diced small
1 can seasoned stewed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 bell pepper, diced
2 cans vegetable broth
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
3 medium carrots, peeled & sliced
water

Brown ground beef, garlic, bell pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink.

Put broth and enough water in pan to make desired amount of soup liquid. Bring to boil. Add brown meat mixture and remaining ingredients to pot of water.

Bring to boil again and then turn heat down to simmer until potatoes and carrots are soft.
Serves 8
