Home-Made Mayonnaise
Don't be scared to make this, its super easy to make and tastes soooo good, way better than the store brands. I made this in my Ninja food processor in like 2 minutes.
What you need is
3 egg Yolks
1 teaspoon Mustard
300 ml of Canola Oil
Salt and Pepper
1 lemon
In a blender or food processor, add egg yolks, and mustard start to blend. Very slowly add oil, you will hear it start to change as it thickens. Once all the oil is in, it will be nice and thick. Stop your food processor add salt and pepper to taste and the juice of one lemon, make sure you do this LAST or it wont turn out. Put the lid on and hit start for a few seconds to mix it up. That's it you now have your very own home-made mayo grin emoticon Put it in a container and store in the fridge. It will last for about 2 weeks in the fridge grin emoticon
