DROP DONUTS

Drop Donuts

2 c. flour, sifted
1/4 c. Stevia
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. vanilla
additional oil (for frying)
Heat oil in deep pan to 365°.
Combine all dry ingredients and sift together.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add all wet ingredients. Mix until smooth.
Using a teaspoon, drop batter into hot oil. Turn as donut turns golden in color. When all sides are golden, remove and place on paper towel to drain.
Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture or glaze with favorite glaze.
Great when served warm!
