CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

Low carbing is tough for us who love cakes and other desserts and with this it doesnt have to be. 

Healthy Chocolate Mug Cake (low carb)
1-2 servings

Ingredients:
1 Large Egg
2 Tbsp. Salted Butter
2 Tbsp. Almond Flour
2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp. Splenda
2 Tsp. Coconut Flour
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder

Directions:
Melt the butter in the microwave.
Add all of the ingredients and mix well.
If you are making 2 servings, split the batter into 2 mugs. If using one mug it will over flow the top a bit. Microwave for 60-75 seconds.

Whip some heavy cream and put on top. I used a low carb ice cream (Optional)

Calories: 393,Fats 38(g), Carbs 13.3(g), Fiber 8(g), Net Carbs 5.3(g) Protein 12(g)
