Home made granola
4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1 3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup shaved coconut
Preheat oven to 350
Line baking sheets with parchment paper
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add vanilla, coconut oil and stir well. Then add honey and stir well. Spread into baking sheets. Bake 21-23 minutes, stir occasionally while baking. When done remove from oven. Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
