Lemon Chicken Sorrento (Copy Cat OG) YUM!!!! :) :) :)
Grilled chicken breasts in a citrus honey glaze served with lightly seasoned broccoli, artichokes and roasted vegetables. Topped with Fresh Parmesan Cheese.
¼ cup of honey 
¼ cup of lemon juice 
2 tablespoons of orange juice 
1 teaspoon chili paste
¼ cup of white wine
4 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
3 tablespoon of olive oil
2 lemons, halved
Fresh chopped parsley
Parmesan Cheese
In a sauce pan mix honey, lemon juice, orange juice, chili paste and white wine. Cook on medium heat until it starts to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer. Grill lemon halves until lightly browned remove from pan and set aside. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan. Grill chicken breasts for about 6 minutes until cooked through. Place chicken on your plate and spoon sauce over top. Serve with vegetables of your choice. Top with fresh chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese. Add a grilled lemon half. Enjoy! Recipe serves 4.
