CHICKEN SPINACH POCKETS




Chicken Spinach Pockets
2 cans Hungry Jack Bicuits
1 box frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained (I actually squeeze water out)
1 large cream cheese
2 T melted butter
2 cups chopped up shredded chicken breast (cooked can be leftovers)
each biscuit gets devided in two for a thinner biscuit, spread out some
mix all other ingredients chicken, butter, cream cheese, salt and peeper
put spoonful on each biscuit, fold over and bake about 15 minutes at 350
Really good as party food or for dinner with chicken gravy, my family loves em!!
