" Every couple of weeks, I have to remind myself of how far I've come. Every day I'm grateful for the changes I've made in my life and for the ones to come....

You really take things for granted when you've never struggled with your weight or had health problems. Simple things like being able to fit into a regular bathroom stall instead of the handicapped stall. Things like being able to walk from the far end of the parking lot when there are no close spaces. Things like being able to walk up and down a flight of stairs. Things like being able to play with your kids.

It wasn't just a weight problem for me. But health conditions made worse by being overweight. I was miserable! I'm never going back to that place. It feels too good to be where I am today. And I intend to get better and better and healthier and healthier. Let's fight the obesity epidemic together!!"
