1 cup buttermilk
3 large eggs
2 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 1/2 tablespoons espresso powder
1 cup hot water
Filling
1 pint raspberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup water
Ganache
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
3/4 cup cream
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
