Cranberry Applesauce Bars
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cinnamon applesauce
2 Tbsp. almond milk
2 Tbsp. honey (local is best)
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 c. Craisins
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Combine sugar, applesauce, honey and milk with a wooden spoon in large bowl until blended well.
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add oats to flour mixture. Slowly add flour mixture to wet ingredients, using wooden spoon.
When combined well, add coconut and Craisins to mixture. Fold in gently just to blend together.
Pour batter into 13" x 9" pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Spread around evenly.
Conventional Oven:
Bake 350° for 25 minutes, until toothpick tests clean.

Use liner pan or cake pan instead of oblong pan. Bake until toothpick tests clean.
Allow to completely cool on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
Makes: 16-24 bars
