Crust
1 8oz package cream cheese softened
3/4 cups butter softened
1 2/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
Mix all together untill smooth
Filling
1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tlbs butter melted
1tsp vanilla
dash salt
2/3 cups chopped pecans
Mix all together
Makes 44 bake 325 for 25 mins. use the mini cupcake tins press small amt of crust into each hole making sure to press up sides put some filling into each one.
