CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI WITH SESAME

Chicken & Broccoli with Sesame
5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
31/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
5 tsp Honey
1 1/4 lb Chicken Breasts or Thighs Cut up
2 Green Onions ( Shallots) thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger (grated)
3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
4 tsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
1 Head of Broccoli cut into florets with the stems sliced thin. Steam 6 mins
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Brown Rice, cook according to directions
Directions
In a bowl mix together 3 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp olive oil and 2 tsp. honey.
Add cut up chicken stir till completely coated and let marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Using 2 tbsp of olive oil, cook chicken in skillet until brown throughout. Remove when cooked and set aside.
Using same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and heat. Then add onions, ginger, and garlic. Stir and cook 2 - 3 minutes on medium.
Mix together in a bowl, broth, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tsp honey, cornstarch, rice vinegar and srirachi sauce.
Pour sauce into skillet and cook till thickened about 3 - 5 minutes.
Once thickened pour over chicken.
Serve with steamed broccoli and Brown rice
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
