GRILLED CHICKEN



Dorothy s Grilled Chicken Peppers & Fruit Wrap.
Boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced
Coconut oil
Sliced Red, Orange, Yellow Peppers
Sliced Portabella Mushrooms
Diced Melon
Diced Pineapple
Sliced apple
Vidalia onion quartered
Spray coconut oil in large grill pan
Add sliced chicken breast and cook for 8-10 mins
Add veggies to grill pan with chicken breast and saute veggies
To tenderness desired
Add Fruits 3-4 mins
Season with salt & pepper
Take Spinach herb wrap place over ingredients let it steam warm
Flip wrap, pour contents into wrap and roll there ya go!
The flavor from the fruits & veggies are so tasty therefore no need for any extra condiments or added calories! Enjoy!!
