TILAPIA

PARMESAN TILAPIA

Ingredients:…
• ½ cup Parmesan Grated Cheese • ¼ cup Butter, softened • 3 tbsp. Mayo • 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice • ¼ tsp. Italian Seasoning • ¼ tsp. Oregano • ¼ tsp. Ground Black Pepper • 1/8 tsp. Onion Powder • 1/8 tsp. Celery Salt • 2 lbs. Tilapia Fillets • Olive Oil
Directions:
(1) Preheat broiler on low. (2) Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. (3) Lightly coat aluminum foil with olive oil. (4) Mix Parmesan Cheese, soften butter, mayo and lemon juice. (5) In a separate smaller bowl mix together Italian Seasoning, oregano, ground black pepper, onion powder and celery salt. (6) Add seasoning mixture to Parmesan Cheese mixture and blend together. (7) Arrange fish on aluminum foil. (8) Broil fish 2 to 3 inches from heat on low for 3 to 4 minutes. (9) Pull fish out and flip and return to oven and broil 3 to 4 more minutes. (10) After 3 to 4 minutes, pull fish out and coat topside with the Parmesan Cheese mixture. (11) Return fish back to oven and broil 2 minutes more, until mixture on top of fish starts to flake. DO NOT OVER COOK! Let Stand for 2 minutes before serving.
