MINI QUICHE

#DINNER
Crust less Mini Quiche ~ Low Carb & Yummy!!!
Ingredients
4 eggs
Dash of Milk
Salt & Pepper
Tomato chopped
Onion chopped
Green Capsicum chopped
Bacon chopped
Cooked Chicken chopped
Cheese of your choice
Method
Heat oven to 175°C
Spray a muffin tray with oil
Place which ever of the ingredients (apart from Milk, Eggs, Salt & Pepper) into the muffin tray.
Beat eggs lightly, add a dash of milk, Salt & Pepper.
Pour egg mixture into muffin tray and top with cheese of your choice
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
