Slimming Ginger Ale
Apple cider vinegar and ginger make this a weight loss slimmer and energy booster!
My friend Annie said…I had a really hard time giving up ginger ale when I started my weight loss journey. Now I have this instead and don’t get a sugar crash or bloat.
What you need:
A 4 cup mason jar filled with 10 ice cubes
½ tsp ground ginger
2 ½-3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp stevia or raw honey to taste
Fill to top with Perrier Carbonated Natural Spring Water. Mix well and enjoy
