HOMEMADE DARK CHOCOLATE

HOMEMADE DARK CHOCOLATE
Optional add-in's:
Cinnamon
Cayenne pepper
nuts, chopped
Craisins
dried cherries
coconut flakes
1/4 c. baking cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup (not maple)
3 Tbsp. coconut oil
NOTE: Honey will not set up well in this. Tested and it was a fail.
Blend all together until smooth and creamy. Pour onto buttered dish or waxed paper on a flat surface. Place in freezer until set firm.
Remove and break into bite size pieces. These remind me of Hershey's dark chocolate candy. Delicious!
Place into air tight container and return to freezer until ready to eat. It will melt if let set out long.
