Stuffed Peppers
I used 5 colored peppers
2 boxes of spanish rice
1 can of tomatoes
1 lb of sausage (I used Hot)
shredded cheese

I browned the sausage in a pan. While that was browning I cooked the spanish rice as instructed on the box. When adding the tomatoes to the rice is when I add the meat. After cooked on stove like box states, clean out the peppers. I scooped some of the rice mix in the bottom of my pan, then I added the stuffed peppers. I bake in oven at 350 for 25 minutes, then sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake for 5 more minutes to melt.
