Strawberry , Kiwi and Blueberry Trifle
Ingredients:
10 Oz angel food cake , cute into cubes
6 Kiwi's peeled and sliced
2 pints strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 pints blueberries
cream filling
6 tbsp fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 pkg. sugar free white chocolate instant pudding mix
12 oz fat free cool whip
Mix water and condensed milk in a bowl , add pudding mix and whisk for two minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes .
Fold in cool whip .
Put half of the cubed cake into a trifle dish ( I used a glass cake stand turned upside down )
Layer blueberries and kiwi
Gently spread 1/2 of cool whip mixture
Layer strawberries
Add remaining cubed cake
Layer blueberries and kiwi
Gently spread the remaining cool whip mixture
Decorate the top with strawberries , kiwi and blueberries. Place large strawberry in the middle.
