TURKEY SAUSAGE POTATO CASSEROLE

Turkey Sausage & Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 425.

Use Heavy Duty Reynolds Wrap in the bottom of your broiler pan.

In large bowl mix:
1 pkg Turkey Sausage - sliced
{I used Butterball - Naturally Hardwood Smoked}
Red Potatoes cut in cubs
1 Red Pepper - cut in strips
1 Medium Onion - sliced

1 TBSP Olive Oil to coat above.

Pour into the foil lined broiler pan.
Top with Mild Banana Peppers.

Season with:
Creole Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Cayenne

Wrap the foil around and seal. I use a second piece to double it.
Bake for 1 hour.
Enjoy!!!
