SOFT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

SOFT PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIES
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups of peanut butter chips (you can also use M&M’s or Chocolate chip)
o You are you to want to preheat the oven at 350˙ first, then in a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda and the flour. In another bowl combine, both sugars, the butter and beat until blended nicely. Add in the vanilla, eggs and salt. Mix well and then add the flour and baking soda mixture. After blended together, slowly add in the peanut butter chips.
o Place on a teaspoon of dough on a cookie sheet, space apart and place in the oven and let bake for about 10 minutes. Once they are baked, remove from the oven, let cool then enjoy.
o Recipe makes about 3 dozen cookies
