7 LAYER SALAD
1 head Iceberg Lettuce, chopped (I used a bag of pre-chopped Hearts of Romaine)
8 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
16 Oz. cooked & chopped bacon
4 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Head Cauliflower, chopped
1 bunch Green Onions, thinly sliced
8 ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese
10 oz. thawed frozen Peas
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/2 TBS Sugar
8 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
16 Oz. cooked & chopped bacon

1 bunch Green Onions, thinly sliced
8 ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese
10 oz. thawed frozen Peas
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/2 TBS Sugar
In a clear glass bowl, layer salad ingredients in order listed. Combine the mayo, sour cream and sugar in a small bowl and mix well. Pour over the top of the salad. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, toss before serving.
