TACO CHICKEN

Taco Chicken
This is a recipe for NuWave oven users. It doesn't get any easier than this one!
taco seasoning
chicken pieces of choice
Remove skin, if it has it. Wash. Sprinkle well with taco seasoning. Tap the seasoning down so it won't fall off when turned over.
Spray 2" rack with cooking spray. Place on rack.
Put foil in bottom of NuWave oven to catch any drippings from chicken. This makes clean up much easier.
Place rack in oven. Add extender ring. Put dome on.
Power - high
Cook for 20 minutes and then flip over and repeat for 10 additional minutes.
To test and make sure chicken is done, take a knife and prick the thickest piece. If knife inserts and removes with ease, it is done. If not, cook for longer, checking after 2 minutes.
NOTE:
For conventional oven, I'm guessing to use 350 degrees. Cook for 20 minutes and turn over and cook an additional 20 minutes. Keep an eye on it for doneness.
I am always posting awesome stuff!
