Ingredients
2 1/2 Cup diced cold chicken (about 4 breast)
1 Cup celery chopped fine
2 Cup sliced grapes
2 Cup sliced almonds
2 Tablespoon minced parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 Cup Mayo
3/4 Cup heavy cream (whipped)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and let salad sit in fridge at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy! Serves 6
