CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PUDDING

A dessert that doubles as a weight loss aid and brain food, how awesome is that! Avocados are rich in heart and brain healthy fats; dark chocolate is loaded with antioxidants and mood boosters; coconut milk has similar qualities to mothers milk with endless health benefits! Plus this only takes a few minutes to whip up; literally! I would bet that NO ONE would ever know this was made from an Avocado; its delish!

Makes about 2 servings
(less than 150 cal/serv)
1 good size Haas Avocado
2 t dark cocoa powder
1 big T organic honey or pure maple syrup (I also sub just stevia when making for myself which cuts the sugar out!)
1t Mexican vanilla if available (WAY better flavor! But regular French vanilla can be used also just use 1/2t)
A dash of cinnamon

**Throw it all in a blender or food processor and mix on high until smooth; stopping once to scrape down sides. You can serve this immediately or chill 30-45 mins. Top with crushed nuts, coconut, berries, whatever you like!

**For a rich Reeses pudding add 1T peanut butter or PB2 to blender!
**For Almond Joy pudding top with shredded coconut and chopped almonds!
