PEPPER STEAK

Janet’s Pepper Steak
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 lbs round steak cut in ½" strips
¼ c flour to coat
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 green peppers (or red and green) - sliced thin
2 med onions - sliced thin
1 minced garlic clove
1 cup tomato sauce 
¼ c soy sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
¼ c water
10 oz mushrooms and juice
Instructions
Heat oil in frying pan. Cut meat into strips. In a bag or bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, add beef and shake to coat. Brown.
Add peppers, onions and garlic. Saute.
Combine tomato and soy sauce, beef cube, water, mushrooms and juice. Store to blend. Pour over meat.
Bake at 350 in a covered roasting pan or casserole for about 1 hour until tender. (Serves 8)
