Ok everyone I really hate taking pictures of myself BUT when I did this side by side of myself I was so excited and proud…The first picture was taken the last weekend in July at my family reunion..When my niece posted this on her Fb wall it really made me feel horrible with the way I looked and I made a decision to do something about it..It took me until September after researching and talking to People on Skinny Fiber to try it and after seeing the second picture taken yesterday I am So Happy I made that decision…Its the best one I have ever made when it comes to me being Healthy!
