MINI CORN DOG

Corn bread mix (box or scratch)
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
hot dogs

Preheat oven to 400° & coat mini muffin tin with cooking spray or place liners in tin and spray the inside of them.

Combine all ingredients, except hot dogs, in a bowl. Take 1 Tbsp. corn bread mix and put into each well of the muffin tin.

Take hot dogs and cut them in thirds (fourths if using long dogs). Push and twist a dog down into the center of each corn bread mix.

Place pan in oven and bake 15 minutes.

Serving size will depend on how much mix you prepare. I had about 1 cup mix and it made approx. 20 mini dogs.
