This is my 6 week progress. What have I done differently? I gave up soda and any drink with calories. The ONLY thing I drink is flavored water (I use MIO and drink 64 ounces a day) I take two Skinny Fiber capsules 45 minutes before lunch and dinner with a full bottle of water. I still eat real food! Last night we had pizza for dinner. The difference is my portions are smaller thanks to Skinny Fiber. That’s it. That’s all I have changed. I am not exercising or dieting.
