Loaded Breakfast Casserole

2 c. frozen tator tots (thawed)
1 can diced green chiles
2/3 c. French's Fried Onions
1/3 c. almond milk
6 slices bacon, cooked and broken in pieces
1/2 tube Chorizo, cooked & drained
1/2 c. cheese of choice, shredded
1 can mushrooms, drained
6 eggs, slightly beaten

6 eggs, slightly beaten
Cook your Chorizo and bacon in advance to save a little time on this dish.
Place all items into a large bowl and mix well. When combined, pour into pre-coated casserole dish and spread out evenly.
Conventional Oven:
Bake 375° for 25 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked. Remove and let stand 3 minutes.
NuWave Oven:
Power - High
No rack
No venting
Time - 20 minutes
No rack
No venting
Time - 20 minutes
Using bottom pan, coat with cooking spray. Pour ingredients into pan and spread out evenly for best results.
Bake 20 minutes. Remove and allow to stand 3 minutes.
